Office Location and HoursThe office is conveniently located on West 23rd Street in Chelsea, close to all public transportation. Stephen’s office opens onto an inner courtyard with trees and fountain so clients are in a comfortable ambient environment. Appointments are scheduled in advance by calling 212-627-8419.

Fees and Insurance

The normal fee for a 50-minute individual or couple session is $175.00. Group fees are $75.00. A sliding scale fee can be provided for clients with limited financial circumstances. Stephen is a New York State Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW-R). He is not affiliated with any insurance plans but a receipt for insurance reimbursement can be provided for clients who have a policy that permits out-of-network providers.
