Consultation and Training

In addition to his individual, couple, and group work with clients, Stephen provides consultation and training to other mental health professionals, both individuals and groups.

Individual consultation for therapists can be arranged one-on-one (weekly, biweekly, individual case consultation) and in a small group setting.

Stephen provides trainings for agencies and institutions on the following areas:
· Treatment of Sexual Compulsivity
· Psychotherapy with Gay and Lesbian Clients
· EMDR Treatment with Gay and Lesbian Clients
· Same-Sex Domestic Violence
· Working with Batterers

Some of the groups that Stephen has provided training for are: National Council on Sexual Addiction and Compulsivity, Harm Reduction Training Institute, NYC Human Resources Association, National Gay and Lesbian Health Conference, NASW Annual Alcoholism Conference, Insitute for Human Identity, the Washton Institute, and the NYC Gay & Lesbian Anti-Violence Project.
